arthritis, joint flexibility, night vision blindness
July 28, 2014
I am so excited about Anthony Chrisco's Fascianator Class. As a OBGYN physician for the past 30 years this is the first time I have seen this method offered to treat chronic soft tissue injury. Usually soft tissue injuries are treated with cold or hot compresses, medication, and targeted physical therapy. His method differs by treating the entire body which is affected in a domino like fashion to the original source of injury. I am not saying conventional therapies don't work or are inappropriate. Anthony is offering an alternative. For myself personally I have noticed marked improvement in flexibility. Now when I reverse my car my spine can rotate effortlessly to look backwards. I also suffered from decades of stiff finger joints.
That's all gone. It's miraculous.
I have been in class for just over one month. I worried that these benefits are due to a strong placebo effect, so I do keep that in mind. Time will definitely tell.
In my opinion, the value of this class is the improvement in flexibility. This alone can minimize injury. Flexibility is definitely something we all need to preserve and improve as we age.
Anthony has mentioned other benefits which intuitively make sense. These are: Improvement in the circulation of blood and lymphatics from the physical pushing of these liquids back into circulation. This causes quicker recirculation than would occur naturally. Will it improve your immune system? Don't know but maybe. I don't think it causes ovarian cysts to disappear but anything that improves blood supply to any area aids with healing. That is true for any part of the body.
Lastly, I recommend people to try it. It is painful while you do it but the benefits are worth it. You can feel the "pain leaving your body".

I am a retired OBGYN physician taking your fascinator class for about 8-9mos now. Originally, my goal was to maintain and improve mobility over time. I was very skeptical about the claims people made of their tendonitis and arthritis disappearing. The technique of myofascial release itself, seemed revolutionary, as there is not much available for the prevention of, or alternative treatment options, for soft tissue injuries. To update you on the shocking results I gained and have attributed to your technique:
1) the arthritis in my hands completely resolved after, about 1-2 mos.
2) I was for the first time able to touch my toes while sitting on the floor with my legs extended in front of me. Couldn't even do it in my 20s.
3) Lastly, and the most audacious result: my night vision blindness completely disappeared after about 6-8mos of rolling. I drive at night now and I see perfectly. I can see details in very dim lighting without even straining. License plate numbers just jump out at me. I have not done anything different except roll twice a week.
It has been at least a month since this change and even my day vision is more distinct.
Thank you, Anthony for giving all of us this gift of the Fascianator.
